The Green Paper has been published   ...now available in different languages on two websites

The first site is "Your Voice in Europe" which is the European Commission's 'single access point' to a wide variety of consultations, discussions and other tools which enable interested parties to play an active role in the European policy-making process. You can find the Green paper on this site by following this link: http://ec.europa.eu/yourvoice/consultations/index_en.htm

The second site is DG Developments homepage where you can find the Green paper by following this link: http://ec.europa.eu/development/how/consultation/index.cfm

It is important that you all inform the relevant stakeholders, media and the public in your countries and territories on the Green Paper and the consultation process, so the Commission receives as many comments as possible and increase the awareness of this exercise and the importance of the EU-OCT relations.

The Commission invites us to register in the Commission's Register for Interest Representatives (https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/transparency/regrin/welcome.do?locale=en#) if appropriate.
One of the practical advantages thereof is that your contribution to the consultation will then not merely be registered as an individual contribution (for more details, see:
http://ec.europa.eu/transparency/docs/reg/FAQ_en.pdf).

C o u n t r y   o n   S p o t l i g h t :  POLYNÉSIE FRANÇAISE
